Prabowo Subianto. On August 18, 2018, a group of women declared the formation of a Mother-and-Child Party Supporting Prabowo-Sandi (Pepes) chaired by Wulan.

When confirmed on Thursday (08/23/2018), Wulan said the formation of the group was inspired by a statement from Vice President Sandiaga Salahudin Uno when he registered with the KPU on 10 August 2018.

"From Mr. Sandiaga's statement, we see his readiness to listen to the voice of his mother, we hope that Mother is part of Indonesia's main program in the future, if the mother-daughter wallet is enlightened then Indonesia will be better," Wulan said.

Wulan said the formation of PEPES was the aspirations and screams of the hearts of the mothers with the recent economic conditions in Indonesia and received the response and attention from the vice president Sandiaga Uno.

While PEPES was declared in the Duren Sawit area, East Jakarta.

Wulan also said that the mother's response to joining PEPES through social media was extraordinary.

"We declare the Ma'am-Ma'am party on social media and get an extraordinary response from the mothers, their aspirations are to make Indonesian mothers live in prosperity," said Wulan.
